This 1920′s Spanish architecture vintage building exudes character, originality and beauty. As you enter this gem of a building, you are welcomed by double swinging glass doors, gorgeous black tiles and a huge grand split staircase reminiscent of old Hollywood. The uniqueness of the building not only comes in the charm of the foyer, but the suites themselves continue the greatness presented at first approach.

The hardwood and carpeted suites feature built in cabinetry, large vintage kitchens, classic bathroom tiles and excellent closet space. The suites carry the charm of two entry doors, one main door and the second a kitchen service door used in the early 1900′s for milk deliveries and such. Truly a step back into time. We have updated the suites with modern appliances, new lighting fixtures, ceiling fans, thermal windows and grounding all outlets. There are many hallway entry doors which provide you with warmth, safety and charm and each hall has an original light shaft used for 1900′s air conditioning and illuminating the halls. It is quite superb.
