In addition to obtaining a sales agent license and completing an extensive amount of transactions, Ohio real estate brokers are required to complete extensive educational course work, take an exam to obtain a license and attend continuing education classes. Brokers are experts in their field and can provide expertise when managing your property. In addition, Ohio licensees are held to a higher standard than an unlicensed person.
